Meditations with Music and Pictures
Hi There,
I thought I’d add these “Visual Musical Meditations” for you. They are between 3 and 8 minutes in length and have some great meditation music and some phenominal pictures.
When to use them?
Whenever you are working on your computer at home or in the office and would like a short break to center yourself and get back in touch with the real reason you are here.
