You’re still here and still reading the emails..
CONGRATULATIONS!
By the end of this email series 96% of the people who joined will have dropped out and discontinued the practice. It might even be closer to 99%!
Your ability to endure will inevitably assist you in your success in life.
It won’t assure success…
It will assist you.
To ensure success you MUST master the teachings and practices of meditation, visualization, imaging, concentration and focus.
These are some of the tools of the spiritual warrior.
It’s not a five minute job…
It’s a practice that you will acquire like cleaning your teeth…
and the more you realise success in different aspects of your life the more you will know that finally you are on the right path.
This weeks lesson once again turns to MEMORY

In the Bhagavad Gita and other ancient teachings, also in NLP training and in many others of the modern teachings it is suggested that before retiring at night you spend some time to review the day backwards.
Why?
There are many reasons…
One of them is improve memory power, which is the current exercise set that Haanel is urging us to master.
Another reason is that it quietens the conscious and subconscious mind before sleep and allows the subconscious to focus on more important and new tasks as opposed to
continually churning over the immediate past trying to reconcile it.
Another of the reasons is that it allows us to change the past stored memories and to create new new future responses to experiences we have had.
This week Haanel suggests that we “recall every event of the day and come up with ways that we could have handled them better”
This is truly a good place to start as the memories of the day are fresh and when we ponder new ways to handle our mistakes we are visualizing and putting new memories
in place.
REMEMBER to use all of the skills you have learned so far such as bringing emotion into the mental scene.
If you find that you are able to turn a failure from the day into a victory…
CELEBRATE the victory with all the emotion that you could muster in the physical world.
If you have had unpleasant emotional experiences which you could deem as negative, such as arguments or anger or sadness…
look at these and try to find what the trigger was…
If you can find the trigger for any unpleasant reactions that you have had, you can BECOME AWARE of them and instruct your subconscious mind to warn you in the future so that you can handle yourself differently.
With practice you will ultimately handle yourself differently and in a more positive way…unconsciously
It’s sometimes called UNCONSCIOUS COMPETENCE
When you do this you are TRULY beginning to master your life.
